MUSEUM OF ANTHROPOLOGY | UBC | CINEMATIC COMMUNICATION DESIGN STRATEGY

We proposed a design strategy consisting of a branded video series featuring upcoming exhibition openings and museum highlights.

We created a total of 17 original videos with unique cinematography, sound design, and music for social media, digital, and internal uses.

This video created with Lawrence Paul Yuxweluptun: Unceded Territories attained over 61,000 views on Facebook, with over 800 likes,

57 comments, and 1300 shares leading to the largest exhibition opening in MOA history. (Facebook)

Vancouver artist Lawrence Paul Yuxweluptun, of Coast Salish and Okanagan descent, is showcased in this provocative exhibition of works that confront the colonialist suppression of First Nations peoples and the ongoing struggle for Indigenous rights to lands, resources, and sovereignty.
